Down time between patients can be a major concern for a doctor's pratice. If your practice is not getting the results you want; has fluctuating business, or you< or you spend time in other offices that experience low volumes. Our network uses a data base of records combined with administrative teams to direct patients directly to your facility. Because there is a low overhead associated with Telemedical Networks, we are able to pass saviings onto patients creating a win-win environment for both doctors and patients. Drs intrested in joining our network will be provided with a very easy to use virtual office. Our clients will give you full access to the patient and their previous medical history brfore coming to your facility. The patient has also been prescreened prior to having access to our network, assuring that you will only be visiting with legitimaate patients. Payment for all patients will be secured directly to you by our clients.
Our clients have patients in your local areas. Patients seeking continuing care join our networks to recieve care through more convenient means, or better rates compared to rates that have not been negotiated for insurance groups ("walk-in rate"). Our network takes the patients records through secure methods and then has them prescreened by qualified professionals. After the proper criteria are met, the payment is secured and the scheduling for the patient is facilitated by the network in order to forward the patient in the most efficient manner possible. After the doctor meets with the patients and completes the patient examination they will forward the prescription to our network; where it will be filled. If the patient is issued refills they will be held for 27 day increments or until it is the specified time they are to be released. Or, it will be forwarded to one ofour network affiliated pharmacies. The doctor will be responsible for contacting the patient after the prescription has expired to perform a telephone consultation (usually around every 3 months, depending on the doctor's discretion). The following year the doctor is again setup with another physical examination of the patient and the process is repeated.
